【摘 要】 目的 探讨不良固定义齿修复失败原因。方法 回顾分析3年来诊治院外80 例不良固定义齿修复的患者。结果 在固定义齿修复过程中，设计不合理， 违反操作规程盲 目制作修复体是不良固定义齿修复失败原因。结论 正确选择和掌握好适应 症是关系到修复成败的关键。

bad fixed artificial tooth. Methods： Review and analyze 80 ca se s of outpatients c ame to hospital in recent three years for repairing bad fixed artificial too th. Results: The causation of failures in repairing fixed artifici al tooth is unrea sonable design, violating the regulation of operation to make prosthesis blindly . Conclusion: Selecting the indication correctly and persisting in doing so is the key factor to achieve success in repairing.

固定义齿是目前牙列缺损临床治疗的常用方法，正确选择和掌握好适应症是关系到修复成 败的关键。不良修复体是指在修复过程中，不按科学方法，违反操作规程盲目制作的修复体 。本文旨在探讨不良固定义齿的原因，以提高固定义齿修复的成功率，达到美观、舒适和咀 嚼功能良好等效果。
1 临床资料
本科2000年3月～2002年11月共诊治了院外80例不良固定义齿修复的患者，其中男性34例， 女性46例，年龄20～70岁，平均年龄43±16岁，以45～60居多。
2 结果
不良固定义齿修复失败原因多见于龋病、牙髓炎、根尖炎（28.75%）和义齿破损（20%），8 0例不良固定义齿修复失败原因、例数和构成比见表。 |
